The hotel room included a spacious layout and fabulous views. The extensive breakfast menu offered many choices. Staff members provided helpful and pleasant service. I received wonderful birthday gifts .
The hotel room felt standard. Though I had a corner room upgrade it did not feel like a suite.

The staff provided assistance from the entrance through check-in, I really appreciated it. Staff addressed room requests promptly and completely. The reception staff was extremely helpful, though the hotel was busy.

The hotel includes a spa and a spacious room layout. The location offers convenient access to city shopping and nearby restaurants. The river view room provided excellent scenery, though the city view rooms are good too.

The breakfast menu included a wide variety of choices. The hotel provides complimentary champagne, though I didn't partake. There is a Songbird team that works to create an unforgettable experience for guests.
