celebrated a twentieth wedding anniversary. the level of service received was world-class. our room was immaculate and well-appointed. the buffet breakfast had high-quality options.
the hotel did not acknowledge any loyalty benefits during check-in. there was no early notification and no special treatment was offered. the elite member recognition was not present at all.

As an Elite member, I felt EXTREMELY disappointed. There was no recognition for my loyalty. I saw no anniversary acknowledgment or special treatment. The provided service was subpar when compared to other hotels I have visited. The room was not ready at 8 am even after I pre-checked in.

i met friends there.. it was lovely. the staff were very polite and friendly. valerie at the front desk gave excellent customer service, she helped my mother have a nice birthday! simon at the information desk also provided helpful information when we went out.
i noticed that the service seemed a little slow at certain times. otherwise, my stay was really good.
